BNB Standard rings the Nasdaq opening bell as BNC continues trading
CEO Alex Odagiu rang the opening bell at Nasdaq’s MarketSite in New York on October 26, 2026, to mark BNB Standard’s new name and leadership. The company was already listed.

A new name for an existing Nasdaq company
The company changed its name from CEA Industries Inc. to BNB Standard Corporation on September 29, 2026, after an open community advisory vote. Its common stock continues to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market as BNC. The company lists the BNC ticker as having been in use since August 6, 2025; the October ceremony was not an initial public offering.
What BNB Standard does
BNB Standard describes itself as a digital asset treasury company focused on holding BNB, the native asset of BNB Chain. Its shares offer exposure to a company with a BNB treasury, rather than ownership of BNB itself. The share price can also reflect business performance, financing, dilution and other company-specific factors.
New leadership and validator plans
The company appointed Alex Odagiu CEO on October 19. It also announced plans to operate a BNB Chain validator with a specialist infrastructure provider. The company said it would report on the validator once it is live; rewards are variable and not guaranteed.
What investors should consider
BNC and BNB are different assets. In addition to BNB price volatility, the company has identified risks including concentrated holdings and custody arrangements, financing obligations and execution of its validator plans. Readers can consult its SEC filings and company disclosures for current information.
